- Coal Creek, in conjunction with Garrads Café, will host a traditional camp oven luncheon served by their picturesque lake. Savour Australiana camp oven cooking updated for our gourmet 21st century, spiced with Gippsland bush herbs. Coal Creek's fascinating collection of cooking utensils will be exhibited. Tastings by local wineries and food producers, along with musicians, will be enjoyed in our bush setting.
